EXPLORING THE DISTAFF EFFECT - Artist Jeni McConnell is working creatively with Gawthorpe Textiles Collection to extend and bring to life recent research into one small, but important part of the collection; the donations of Miss Isabel Walton. Creative and playful happenings will take place inside Gawthorpe Hall through October and early November 2018 with a focus on the female family line which leads to Isabel, revealing parts of her remarkable story.
